Pinpoint: Vinyl made in America by Haartz. A two ply composite made of a PVC outer layer and a cotton lining fabric. This material is used as an aftermarket replacement.
Cabrio: Vinyl made in America by Haartz. A two ply composite made of a PVC outer layer and a cotton lining fabric. This material is used as an aftermarket replacement for cars such as the Mazda Miata and VW Cabrio. It is sometimes referred to as "pig skin" because of its resemblance to a football's texture.
Twillweave: Vinyl made in America by Haartz. A two ply composite made of a PVC outer layer and a cotton lining fabric. This material is original on such cars as the Honda S2000 and Nissan 350Z. The grain on the twillweave resembles Sonnenland canvas even though it is still considered a vinyl.
Stayfast: Cloth made in America by Haartz. This is a three-ply composite material made of an acrylic square weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer, and a cotton lining. This material is original on such vehicles as the Chevrolet Camaro, Mazda Miata, Dodge Viper and the Bentley Azure.
Twillfast II: Cloth made in America by Haartz. Look and feel is similar to German Sonnenland. This is an acoustically enhanced three-ply composite made of an acrylic twill weave outer fabric, an elastomeric inner layer and a polyester/cotton lining fabric. This material is original on such vehicles as the Dodge Viper, BMW Z3 and Z8 Roadsters, VW Golf and the Chevrolet Corvette.
Sonnenland A5.3: Premium cloth made in Germany by Haartz. Quality exceeds that of Sonnenland Classic. An acoustically enhanced three-ply composite made of an acrylic twill weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer and a polyester lining fabric. This material is original on such vehicles as the Audi A4 and TT, Chrysler Crossfire, Mercedes CLK and VW Beetle.
